业态创新视域下酒文化资源与区域旅游资源的耦合开发研究

摘要

Liqueur culture is an important branch of Chinese traditional culture. Therefore, the development of liqueur can not only revitalize China's liquor industry and promote regional economic development, but also strengthen people’s awareness of liG queur culture and of protecting this precious cultural resources. This paper puts forward the concept of coupled development of liG queur culture resources and regional tourism resources, which can not only widen the development approach of liqueur culture reG sources and extend the industrial chain of liqueur or fruit wine industry, but form competitive edge of regional image superposition. The paper focuses on three specific coupled development patterns of liqueur culture resources and regional tourism resources: highly coupled mode, public coupled mode and attached external coupled mode. This paper also offers safeguard measures for achieving this coupled pattern.%在业态创新理论的视域下提出了酒文化资源与区域旅游资源耦合开发的概念，着重探讨了酒文化资源与区域旅游资源耦合开发的三种具体模式———高度耦合模式、公共耦合模式、依附式的外部耦合模式，并就如何实现这种耦合开发模式给出了保障举措。
