新形势下高职院校寝室文化育人效应研究——以四川商务职业学院为例

摘要

进入新世纪以来,随着我国高等教育的飞速发展,高职教育作为高等教育体系中的重要组成部分,其发展在近十年来取得了长足的进步.随着职业院校教育改革,班级概念渐渐偏离了传统意义,寝室已成为大学生基础文明教育、行为习惯养成、综合素质提高的重要平台.根据文献资料、访谈情况以及问卷调查所掌握的高职院校寝室文化育人现状进行研究分析,提出从精神、物质、行为、环境四个方面加强寝室文化建设,以提升其引领、凝聚、约束等育人功效.%With the fast development of higher education in China, the higher vocational education has become an important part of higher education since the new century and in the last decade it has a big development.The reform of higher vocational education has made the traditional class deviated and the dorm has become an important place where the politeness, conducts and qualities of college students are enhanced.According to the literature, investigation, questionaire and status quo of dorm culture for education, this paper argues that the dorm culture should include the construction of spirit, material, conduct and environment, which has an education effect of guidance, cohesiveness and governance.
