四川省优秀自由式摔跤运动员膝关节等速力量测试的分析

摘要

Using IsoMed 2000 Isokinetic testing equipment which is made in German, did quantitative testing and analysis of knee joint at the slow speed of 60° / S and at the fast speed of 240° / S for two outstanding freestyle wrestler ,then feedback the test results to the athletes timely, so that training become more scientific.The results showed that: their before and aider muscles of lefc and right knees" relative strength are poor;the left and right leg flexor, extensor force developed imbalances,the right leg muscle's endurance was better than the leR .In the test of 240° / S ,the two players" left, right leg flexor PT value decreased slower than the extensors.%采用德国产IsoMed2000等速肌力测试仪器，对2名四川省优秀自由式摔跤运动员左、右膝关节进行慢速60°／s和快速240°／S的定量测试及分析，并将测试结果及时反馈给运动员，从而使训练更加科学化．结果显示：2名运动员表现为左、右膝关节前后肌群相对力量较差；左、右腿的屈、伸肌力发展不平衡；同时右腿的肌肉耐力均比左腿好．在进行240°／S的测试中，两名运动员的左．右腿屈肌群PT值下降慢于伸肌群．
