舒肝解郁胶囊治疗卒中后抑郁的有效性及安全性系统评价

摘要

目的：评价舒肝解郁胶囊治疗卒中后抑郁（ PSD）的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索 PubMed （1966年-2014年）、Embase（1985年-2014年）、中国生物医学文献数据库（1980年-2014年）、中国知网数据库（1983年-2014年）和万方数据库（1983年-2014年），纳入舒肝解郁胶囊与其他抗抑郁药比较治疗 PSD 的随机对照试验（randomized - controlled trial，RCT），仅纳入中英文文献。根据纳入排除标准筛选文献、提取数据并对纳入研究进行方法学质量评价后，根据研究间的异质性选择 Meta 分析或描述性分析。结果最终纳入5个 RCT，共350例患者。纳入的所有研究方法学质量均较低。系统评价结果显示，舒肝解郁胶囊治疗 PSD 的疗效与黛力新、西酞普兰及多塞平相当且不增加全身不良反应发生率。结论舒肝解郁胶囊治疗 PSD 的临床有效性与其他抗抑郁药物相当，两者均能有效改善 PSD 患者症状，但采用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗的不良反应更少。%Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of Shuganjieyu capsule therapy for post - stroke depression( PSD). Methods We searched PubMed(1966 - 2014),Embase(1985 - 2014),CBM(1980 - 2014),CNKI(1983 - 2014),and Wanfang data(1983 - 2014)to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs). Two reviewers independently screened literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted data and assessed the methodological quality of included studies. Then,meta - analysis or descriptive analysis was performed. Results A total of 5 RCTs met the inclusion criteria were included finally,involving 350 patients. All studies were considered be poor methodology quality. The result of systematic review showed that Shuganjieyu capsule had a similar efficacy with deanxit,citalopram and doxepin in treating PSD,and was more safer. Conclusion Shuganjieyu capsule and other antide-pressant drugs are effective for PSD,but Shuganjieyu capsule is safer.
