Objective To summarize the security and reliability of High Frequency Electrocoagulation and Electrocision in treatment of gastrointest polypus,and explore the effect of nursing support on the treatment. Methods 96 cases (140 polyps) of gastrointest polyps were treated with endoscopic high frequency electrocoagulation and Electroseclign- The nurses should do well preparation of patients and articleB before operation, closely cooperate with doctors during operation and do well postoperative nursing. Results The success rate and cure rate were both 100% , and there was no postoperative complications, and no case was transferred to surgery treatment. Conclusion Nursing support is very important in high frequency electrocoagulation and electroci-sion in treatment of gastrointest polyps, it is a necessary condition for successful treatment.%目的 总结高频电凝电切术治疗胃肠息肉的安全性和可靠性,探讨护理工作在治疗前后的重要作用.方法 内镜下对96例(140枚)消化道息内行高频电凝电切术.护士在术前做好患者和物品的准备,术中密切配合医生进行操作及术后的护理.结果 治疗成功率和根治率达100％,无术后并发症发生,无1例中转外科手术,具有效果好、创伤小,费用低等优点.结论 护理工作在息肉电凝电切术中有其特殊性和重要意义,是治疗成功的必要条件.
