泌尿系结石成分分析与预防复发健康指导

         

摘要

Objective Through the analysis of urinary calculi ingredients, giving the health guidance to prevent the recurrence of the urinary calculi. Methods Collect the 234 stones from the uropoiesis surgical department recently, and analyzing the stones' composition. Results In this study, 108 cases of patients' stone components contained oxalic acid salt, phosphate ingredients, uric acid salt, calcium salt and magnesium salt, accounting for 46. 2%. 63 cases of patients' stone consisted of oxalic acid salt, uric acid salt, calcium salt and magnesium salt, accounting for 26. 9%. 45 cases of the patients' stones composition contained phosphate ingredients, calcium salt and magnesium salt, accounting forl9. 2%. 18 cases of urinary stones were composed of oxalic acid salt, uric acid salt and calcium salt, accounting for7. 7%. In addition, all the analytic stones had calcium, in which 92. 3% urinary stones contained magnesium salt, 80. 8% contained oxalic acid salt or uric acid salt, and 65.4% contained phosphate. Conclusion The analysis of urinary stones element was one chief assessment for metabohsm. Through the analysis of the components of the urinary stones, the pertinency advice which would prevent the urinary stone recurrence could be given to conduct patient with water and eating habits for health guidelines.%目的 通过对泌尿系结石成分分析,以期对预防其复发进行健康指导.方法 收集本院泌尿外科最近234例患者的结石,并对其成分进行分析.结果 结石成分含有草酸盐、磷酸盐、尿酸盐、钙盐、镁盐的患者为108例(46.2%);含有草酸盐、尿酸盐、钙盐、钱盐的患者为63例(26.9%);含有磷酸盐、钙盐、镁盐的患者为45例(19.2%);含有草酸盐、尿酸盐、钙盐的患者为18例(7.7%).另外,分析的结石全部为含钙结石;92.3%的结石含镁盐;草酸盐和尿酸盐均为80.8%;磷酸盐为65.4%.结论 泌尿系结石成分分析是代谢评估的一项主要内容,可以为预防结石的复发提供针对性的治疗依据.
