可逆型梗阻性黄疸兔与人类梗阻性黄疸患者血清肝功指标改变比较

摘要

目的 探讨可逆型梗阻性黄疸兔血清肝功指标改变与人类梗阻性黄疽患者肝功改变是否有差异.方法 用止血钳钳夹胆总管造成实验兔可逆型梗阻性黄疸,用贝克曼全自动生化分析仪测定血清肝功相关生化指标；另外测定结石性梗阻性黄疸患者血清肝功相关指标；然后进行对比分析.结果 梗阻黄疸实验兔(梗阻7d)TBIL、DBIL、BA分别为(31.1±6.9)、(16.7±5.2)和(61.5±20.5)μmol/L,显著高于对照组(P＜0.01)；其血清Alb、ALT、AST和GGT与对照组相比也有显著肝损伤性改变.人梗阻性黄疸患者治疗前分别为(135.7±55.9)、(54.9±15.2)和(38.7±28.9)μmol/L,显著高于对照组(P＜0.01)；其血清Alb、ALT、AST和GGT与对照组相比也有显著肝损伤性改变.结论 实验性梗阻性黄疸兔血清肝功相关指标改变与人类梗阻性黄疸患者相似,梗阻性黄疸可造成肝功能损害.%Objective Whether there are of differences or not between serum liver function biochemical indexes in rabbits with reversible obstructive jaundice and in human obstructive jaundice patients is experimentally studied. Methods The general bile ducts of experimental rabbits were gripped with a 15cm hemostatic-pinceis to induce reversible obstructive jaundice. Their serum liver function biochemical indexes were assayed later with a Backman biochemical auto-analyzer; and those indexes in human patients were assayed by the same instrument. The data been gained were analytically compared with each other. Results The TOIL, DBIL and BA in the reversible obstructive jaundice group of rabbits (7d after obstruction) were(31.1 ±6.9) ,(16.7 ±9. 2)and(61.5 ± 20.5) ujnol/L, significantly increased over the control group (P <0. 01) ; and their serum Alb, ALT, AST and GGT were changed liver-harmfully, compared to the control group. Conclusion The changes of serum liver function biochemical indexes in the reversible obstructive jaundice rabbits are resemble to that in the obstructive jaundice patients; and the obstructive jaundice may be of harmful effects on liver functions.
