Objective To evaluate the effect of IFN-a2b combined with Huangqi injection on viral myocarditis. Methods 70 patients with viral myocarditis were randomly divided into two groups: control or treatment group . The patients in treatment group were treated with IFN-a2b combined with Huangqi injection and the patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine. Troponins and serum creatine peinase were observed . Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.4% singnificantly higher than 74. 3% in control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion IFN-a2b combined with Huangqi injection is effective in the treatment of viral myocarditis, and worthy to promoted in clinical practice.%目的 探讨干扰素联合黄芪注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效和不良反应.方法 对70例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为两组:治疗组35例,给予干扰素联合黄芪注射液治疗；对照组35例,给予常规西医综合治疗,比较两组肌钙蛋白和肌酸磷酸激酶的水平及治疗效果.结果 治疗组总有效率为91.4％,明显高于对照组74.3％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).且无明显不良反应.结论 干扰素联合黄芪注射液治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效显著,是一种切实有效的治疗手段.
