改良PPH术与传统PPH术术后吻合口狭窄的临床对比观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the improvement of the mucosal hemorrhoidal circular stapler stapling resection surgery ( PPH surgery) to prevent the efficacy of postoperative anastomotic stenosis. Methods 320 cases of rectal mucosa within the off, Ⅱ - Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups, control group 160 cases, including the use of improved observation group PPH patients (semi-purse-string suture) , the control group using traditional PPH patients (single purse-string suture ). Results The observation group prevention of postoperative anastomotic stricture significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Modified PPH patients to prevent postoperative anastomotic stenosis significant effect.%目的 探讨改良吻合器痔上粘膜环形切除钉合术(PPH术)预防术后吻合口狭窄的疗效.方法 320例直肠粘膜内脱、Ⅱ ～Ⅳ度内痔患者随机分为观察组、对照组各160例,其中观察组使用改良PPH术(半荷包缝合),对照组使用传统PPH术(单荷包缝合).结果 观察组预防术后吻合口狭窄明显优于对照组.结论 改良PPH术预防术后吻合口狭窄疗效显著.
