目的 分析经皮自体骨髓注射治疗长骨骨不连术后局灶性骨缺损的临床疗效.方法 用骨穿针穿入骨不连骨缺损部位,同时于髂前上棘处行骨穿抽取红骨髓,注入骨不连骨缺损部位,术后局部加压包扎,应用夹板或石膏外固定.常规应用抗生素,预防感染.每半月摄X线片1次,观察治疗情况.每10d 1次,3次为1个疗程.随访观察至患者临床愈合.结果 37例患者通过1个疗程治疗,均得到随访,随访时间为4～12个月,平均随访时间为6个月.愈合时间在2.5 ～6.5个月,平均4.5个月.结论 经皮自体骨髓注射治疗长骨骨不连术后局灶性骨缺损能取得较好的临床疗效,值得临床进一步推广和研究,以进一步完善和提高本法的疗效和安全性.%Objective Analyze the clinical effects of the focal bone defects after long bone nonunion treating with Percutaneous autologous bone marrow injection.
