目的：比较聚焦超声与微波凝固治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法120例慢性肥厚性鼻炎按1︰1比例随机分配到聚焦超声组( A组)和微波凝固治疗组( B组),每组各60例。 A组采用聚焦超声治疗,B组采用微波凝固治疗,观察和比较两组患者临床疗效,视觉模拟量表( VAS)评分及术后并发症情况。结果聚焦超声组( A组)有效率为91．67%；微波治疗组(B组)有效率为76．67%。两组有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；A组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下采用聚焦超声治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎临床效果好,安全微创,并发症少,近期效果优于微波凝固治疗组,值得推广。%Objective To compare the curative effects and safety of focused ultrasound and microwave coagulation in trea-ting chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were enrolled ran-domizelly to the ultrasound therapeutic group(group A, n=60)and microwave coagulation therapy group(group B, n=60). The therapeutic effect, pain visual analogue scores( VAS) , postoperative complications was compared between the two groups. Results There were significant difference in the therapeutic effects between the two groups(91. 67% vs. 76. 67%, P<0. 05). And the complication rate was significantly lower in group A. Conclusion The focused ultrasound was more convenient, safe, effective in treating chronic hypertrophic rhinitis with less complications. It’s worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
