头围测量在经颅多普勒颞窗检测中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨经颅多普勒颞窗检测时各血管的取样深度与患者头围大小的关系。方法在患者进行经颅多普勒检测后测量其头围，分组统计颞窗检测时各血管取样深度的平均值。结果经颅多普勒颞窗检测时各血管的取样深度的平均值与患者头围大小成正相关性。结论在进行经颅多普勒颞窗检查前先测量患者头围有重要意义。%Objective To investigate the relationship between the depth of the sampling blood vessel and the size of the head circumference of patients when using Temporal Window Detection of the Transcranial Doppler (TCD). Methods The head circumference of the patients were grouped and measured after the detection of Transcranial Doppler in patients. The average value of each group is taken. Results There is a positive correlation between the average depth of the sampling vessel in each case and the size of the head circumference were of the patients in examination. Conclusion Having an measurement of the size of the patients before TCD detection if of great significance.
