乳晕缘切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的近期临床疗效及对乳房美观的影响

摘要

Objective in order to compare recent clinical effects of areola margin incision and traditional surgical incision on treatment of breast benign tumor and breast beauty. Methods 89 cases of breast benign tumor patients were selected in this study, 45 cases of patients were distributed into the observation group with the random number table,and 44 cases of patients were distributed into the control group, Patients in the observation group were treated with areola margin incision, and patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgical incision, operation time,intraoperatve blood soss, postoperative hospital stays, occurrence rate of complications,breast aesthetic satisfaction and breast surface aesthetic measure of the patients in the two group were compared. Results Operation time, intraoperatve blood soss, postoperative hospital stays, occurrence rate of complications of the patients in the two groups had no significant difference(P＞0. 05) . Postoperative follow-up was lasted for 6 months, in the observation group, breast shape score of the patients was ( 2. 81 ± 0. 12 ) , incision scar score was ( 2. 93 ± 0. 10 ) , pigmentation score was(2. 89 ± 0. 08), papilla and areola sense score was(2. 85 ± 0. 14), however, in the control group, breast shape score of the patients was(2. 17 ± 0. 20),incision scar score was(1. 89 ± 0. 28), pigmentation score was(2. 03 ± 0. 26), papilla and areola sense score was(2. 18 ± 0. 22),the differences had statistical significance(P＜0. 05). Conclusion areola margin incision can ef-fectively treat breast benign tumor, postoperative scar will not be obvious, and it can keep beauty of breast at the most extent, fur-thermore, the therapy can not increase surgical risk and occurrence rate of postoperative complications.%目的 比较乳晕缘切口与传统手术切口治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的近期临床疗效,以及对乳房美观的影响. 方法 选取乳腺良性肿瘤患者89例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组45例和对照组44例,观察组采用乳晕缘切口,对照组采用传统手术切口,比较二者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症、乳房美观满意度和乳房表面美观程度. 结果 两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间及并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义( P＞0. 05 ). 术后随访6个月,观察组患者乳房形状(2. 81 ± 0. 12)分、切口瘢痕(2. 93 ± 0. 10)分、色素沉着(2. 89 ± 0. 08)分及乳头乳晕感觉(2. 85 ± 0. 14)分,对照组患者乳房形状(2. 17 ± 0. 20)分、切口瘢痕(1. 89 ± 0. 28)分、色素沉着(2. 03 ± 0. 26)分及乳头乳晕感觉(2. 18 ± 0. 22)分,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0. 05). 结论 乳晕缘切口手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤,术后瘢痕不明显,最大程度的保留乳房表面美观效果,不增加手术风险及术后并发症.
