The dressing has a part (2) with an upper rounded body (4) integrated to a lower longilineal body (5). The body (4) encircles a mammary areola and covers a periareolar scar, and has a central cavity (6) for the passage of the nipple of a breast. The body (5) covers a vertical scar connecting the areola with the submammary groove of the breast. Another part (3) consists of a concave strap encircling the groove and covering the scar located at the groove. A flexible multilayered structure has a polymer layer, with a thickness of 0.1 millimeter, coated with a layer that is 0.5 millimeter thick.
