Objective To analyze the curative effect of irrigating for early deep infection after posterior spinal internal fix-ation. Methods From July 2005to August 2014,a tatal of 16 patients with early deep infection after posterior spinal internal fixa-tion,including 9 males and 7 femals and aging 13-68 years(45. 3 years on average ) were underwent the debridement and irriga-tion. All patients were not taken out of the original fixtures. Results All the patients were followed up for 8 to 51 months(24. 5 months on average) and all the cases were cured. In these patient,there were no fever or obvious back pain,and no signs of inci-sion infection. The X-ray films showed that there were not bone destruction and the white blood cell count,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and C-reactive protein significantly decreased or fell to normal after operation. Conclusion It is an effective method for trea-ting early deep infection after posterior spinal internal fixation. by continued irrigating,because it can alleviate symptoms timely and control infection effectively.%目的：探讨闭式冲洗引流治疗脊柱后路内固定术后早期感染的临床疗效。方法2005年7月至2014年8月采用闭式冲洗引流治疗脊柱后路内固定术后早期感染患者16例，其中男9例，女7例；年龄13~68岁，平均45．3岁。所有患者均接受沿原手术切口切开、彻底扩创冲洗，术中保留内固定，术后持续闭式冲洗的治疗方式。结果16例患者术后获得8~51个月随访，平均24．5月，伤口均一期愈合；随访期间患者无发热、腰背部疼痛症状，无切口渗出、窦道形成；复查影像学检查未见骨质破坏，内固定无松动、断裂；复查患者血沉、C反应蛋白及白细胞总数及分类均恢复正常。结论彻底清创情况下，闭式冲洗引流治疗脊柱后路内固定术后早期感染行之有效。
