含碘手术薄膜在预防手术切口感染中的应用

摘要

Objective Discussion on operation of iodine film in typeⅠoperation incision infection rate. Methods 180 cases of operation incision were randomly divided into experimental group 90 cases cases,control group 90. The experimental group operation site with iodine operation film,controls operation sites using ordinary iodine operation film. respectively,after disinfection and operation end was sutured to the skin before sampling for bacterial culture, observes two groups of bacterial culture and inci-sion healing. Results The experimental group operation incision healing was 100%,no bacteria growth bacterial culture;the con-trol group operation incision healing was 87%,the positive rate of bacterial culture of 35%. The two groups had significant differ-ence( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Iodine operation film can reduce infection rate of classⅠoperation incision, which is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨含碘手术薄膜预防Ⅰ类手术切口感染发生率。方法将180例Ⅰ类手术切口随机分成试验组与对照组各90例，试验组手术部位采用含碘手术薄膜，对照组手术部位采用普通不含碘手术薄膜，分别在消毒后及手术结束缝合皮肤前取样做细菌培养，观察两组细茵培养及切口愈合情况。结果试验组手术切口甲级愈合100%，细菌培养无细菌生长；对照组手术切口甲级愈合87%，细菌培养阳性率35%。两组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0．05)。结论含碘手术薄膜能显著降低Ⅰ类手术切口感染率，值得临床推广。
