目的：探讨陶瓷对陶瓷人工全髋关节置换术在中青年患者中的早期疗效。方法2009年9月至2013年3月，对36例患者行人工全髋关节置换手术。男24例，女12例。29~48岁，平均37.6岁。左侧17例，右侧19例。术前改良Harris 评分(43.10±4.25)分。本组患者均采用生物型人工关节。结果术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合。全部患者随访6~48个月，平均28.8个月。末次随访Harris评分(90.07±4.06)分，与术前比较，有统计学意义。其中优27例，良7例，可2例，优良率94.4%。随访期间未见感染、脱位、假体松动等并发症发生。结论陶瓷对陶瓷人工关节的短期疗效令人满意，尤其适合用于中青年患者。%Objective To investigate the early therapeutic effect of ceramic on ceramic total hip arthroplasty in young and middle-aged patients. Methods September 2009-March 2013, 36 patients were received total hip arthroplasty. The group consis-ted of 24 males and 12 females, 29 to 48 years old, on average 37. 6 years old. 17 cases on left side and 19 cases on right side. Preoperative modified Harris hip score(43. 10 ± 4. 25). Biological artificial joint were used in patients of this group. Results All incisions healed by first intention. All patients were followed up for 6-48 months, the average time of follow-up visits was 28. 8 months. The Harris scores(90. 07 ± 4. 06) were statistically significant. 27 cases were excellent, 7 cases were good and 2 cases were fair. The excellent and good rate was 94. 4%. There was no infection, dislocation, prosthetic loosening and other complica-tions occurring during the follow-up period. Conclusion The short-term efficacy of ceramic on ceramic artificial joints is satisfac-tory, especially for young patients.
