生活垃圾水解影响因素研究

         

摘要

The effects of microbial dosage,reaction temperature,stirring speed,water dosage and the amount of hydrolysate return flow and hydrolysis time on the degradation rate of dry matter of garbage were studied in self-developed hydrolysis device.The results showed that the optimal condition of hydrolysis were,dosage of microbial agent was 6%,the reaction temperature was 30℃,stirring speed was 40r/min,10L of tap water and 30L of hydrolysate reflux,hydrolysis time was 48h,under the condition,the degradation rate of dry matter reached 63.88%.%在自行研发的水解装置中,利用实验室筛选的菌株,研究了菌剂投加量、反应温度、搅拌速度、水投加量、水解液的回流量和水解时间对水解率的影响.实验结果表明,水解效果最好的条件组合是:菌剂投加量为6%、反应温度30℃、搅拌速度为40r/min、10L自来水+30L回流水解液、水解时间48h,此时干物质的水解率为63.88%.
