针对过程工业尾气中 PM2.5治理难题,提出以废水-废气构建的气液交叉流降膜阵列系统,利用工业尾气冷凝组分冷凝捕集尾气中 PM2.5。基于质量衡算和传质速率方程,得到以尾气湿含量为控制参数的气液交叉流 PM2.5捕集效率模型。理论结果表明,进口尾气湿含量从0.28 kg/kg 增加到0.52 kg/kg,单排降膜阵列 PM2.5捕集效率从0.64%增加到1.26%。湿含量为0.52 kg/kg 时,预测182排降膜阵列组成长度为819 mm 的分离通道整体分离效率可达到90%。通过20列×90排降膜阵列进行实验验证,表明理论与实验结果基本一致。%According to PM2.5 pollution problem of industrial exhaust,a gas-liquid cross-flow falling film array system using exhaust-wastewater was proposed.PM2.5 was collected by humid exhaust condensa-tion.On the basis of mass balance and the rate equation of mass transfer,a PM2.5 collection efficiency model with exhaust humidity ratio as key parameter was got,theoretical results showed that with the im-port humidity ratio increased from 0.28 kg / kg to 0.52 kg / kg,single row of falling film array could a-chieve PM2.5 collection efficiency from 0.64% to 1.26%.81 9 mm separation channel consisting of 182 rows of liquid columns could get 90% collection efficiency when humidity ratio was 0.52 kg/kg.Experiments u-sing cross-flow falling film array consisting of 20 row × 90 line were done,theoretical and experimental results had the same trend.
