采用有限单元法研究了冷却水管对混凝土固化期温度场的影响.通过水管与混凝土之间的共轭耦合传热计算,获得了弯曲水管作用下水流场、温度场以及努塞尔换热系数沿管程的分布形态特性.数值结果表明,两种计算方法所得到的温度场具有相似的分布规律,而共轭传热法计算的温度相对近似法要高,最大温差值在0.8℃.共轭法计算时间虽较长,但数值结果能够真实地反映混凝土水化过程中水动态流动对温度场的影响.%A finite element method was developed to investigate the effects of a water-cooling pipe on the temperature distribution during the concrete curing age. The water flow field and the concrete temperature field characteristics distributed on the bending pipe was obtained,and the Nusselt convective coefficient numbers distributed alone the pipeline also was analyzed by calculating the conjugated heat transfer between the water pipe and the concrete. The results indicated that the temperature distribution which calculated by two methods were similar, the temperature of conjugated conduction method obviously was higher than the results of the approximate method,and the maximum temperature error was 0. 8t. Although the conjugated method had a long calculation time,the numerical results showed that this method could be reflect the temperature field was affected with the dynamic water flowing in the factual concrete hydration process.
