建筑垃圾中的粘土砖作为骨料提高黄土抗剪强度试验

         

摘要

A large amount of construction wastes have been produced because of urban updating and house demolition of loess areas in the north China,and how to recycle the construction wastes is valuable nowadays.In this work,the clay brick of the selection of construction wastes were used as aggregate and mixed into the loess.The shear strength of the mixed soil was tested and the influence of the combination of yellow solid and clay brick on the shear strength of the soil was also studied.It demonstrated that mixing appropriate size and a certain proportion clay brick aggregate in the loess could significantly improve the shear strength of loess.Also,the shear strength of loess increased as the ratio increased,the internal friction angle and cohesion of loess mixture increased first and then decreased with the increasing of loess mixing ratio and aggregate size.When the loess and solid particle mixing ratio of is 4∶6 and the clay brick aggregate particle size was 2.5 ~5 mm,the mixed soil shear strength exert exhibits best.The shear strength increased 33.5%,34.8 % and 35.5 % when the normal stress was 50 kPa,100 kPa and 200 kPa.%国内北方黄土地区城市大规模拆迁改造产生大量的建筑垃圾,如何对建筑垃圾再利用是当今的一个值得研究的课题.本文利用建筑垃圾中的粘土砖作为骨料,与黄土形成黄固混合土,研究了掺入比和骨料粒径对黄固混合土抗剪强度的影响.试验结果表明:在黄土中掺入适当粒径和一定比例的粘土砖骨料可以明显增强黄土的抗剪强度,黄固混合土抗剪强度随黄固掺入比的增加而增加,黄固混合土的内摩擦角和粘聚力都随黄固掺入比和骨料粒径的增加而先增大后减少,黄固掺入比为4∶6,骨料粒径为2.5 ~5 mm时,黄固混合土的抗剪强度发挥效果最佳,法向应力50 kPa、100 kPa和200 kPa时,抗剪强度相对于纯黄土依次提高33.5%、34.8%和35.5%.
