季节大温差钢管混凝土温度场及轴压性能试验研究

         

摘要

In order to study the effect of debonding attracted by sbort-term temperature loads and temperature stress which caused by sunshine and suddenly cooling,the first set of experiment placed the CFST members and the concrete members in the artificial climate simulation box to study.Temperature data was set up in the box to observe the effects of the CFST members and the concrete members in large temperature and to compare the influence of the two members suffered.The second set of experiment was axial compression test for debonding of CFST.The results show that if the CFST columns and concrete columns are placed in the largely different temperatures,the core concrete of CFST changes more in temperature than pure concrete,and the internal temperature of CFST and concrete column is always lagging behind the atmospheric temperature.And if the atmospheric temperature varies greatly,the strain and force of steel tube and concrete change obviously.The changes of the strain and stress of the steel tube are bigger than the core concrete.The debonding between the steel tube and concrete is sticky,and the temperature difference is bigger,the debonding is higher.The debonding effect on the stress of the CFST is larger.%为了研究由于日照、骤然降温等引起的短时温度变化荷载与温度应力对钢管混凝土脱粘的影响程度,第1组试验将钢管混凝土构件和素混凝土构件放置在人工气候模拟箱中,并在箱内预先设置不同的温度数据,观察季节大温差作用对钢管混凝土和素混凝土的影响,并对两者所受的影响程度进行对比.第2组试验是对脱粘的钢管混凝土构件进行轴压试验,以探究脱粘对钢管混凝土受力的影响程度.结果表明:在大温差作用下,钢管混凝土中核心混凝土的温度变化比单纯的素混凝土温度变化要小,并且钢管混凝土和素混凝土的内部温度变化总是滞后于大气温度变化;温差比较大时,钢管和混凝土的应变、应力变化较明显,且钢管的应变、应力变化比核心混凝土的应变、应力变化要大,致使钢管与混凝土之间出现脱粘,温差越大,脱粘值越大,脱粘对钢管混凝土的受力影响较大.
