大理市海东新区山地城市的开发建议

摘要

According to the policy proposed by Yunnan at 2011 about implementation of utilization of different land and guide of “mountain town plan” and “industrial projects on hill” and exploitation&utilization plan of mountain land , this paper mainly make some proposals about development and con-struction for Haidong new district of Dali in implementation and ecological environment protection of mountain town plan, in or-der to provide some development experience for Yunnan in im-plementation of mountain town plan and urbanization construc-tion.%本文根据云南省2011年提出的实施差别化的土地利用，引导“城镇上山”和“工业项目上山”，山地综合开发利用规划的政策，对大理市海东新区的开发和建设，在山地城市的实施与生态环境保护方面提出一些建议，以期为云南推行“城镇上山”特色的城镇化建设提供经验。
