肥羔型黑山羊新品种的产肉性能研究

摘要

This paper analyzed slaughter determination and meat performance of the third gen-eration 85-days-old black goat lamb. The findings showed that the weight,slaughter rate,meat percentage of male lambs were 15.23 kg,46.29%,33.49% respectively,and the three meat perfor-mance indexes of female lambs were 11.95 kg,47.03%,36.48% respectively. These indexes were all improved,lambs′ growth performance and meat performance were better. But its′ percentage of body weights and sizes hadn′t come to best equilibrium,the evenness was low too. So we could improve its′ meat percentage,body size and group equilibrium at work in the future.%本文对肥羔型黑山羊新品种三世代85日龄羔羊进行了屠宰测定和产肉性能分析。结果表明，公、母羔体重达到了15.23 kg和11.95 kg，屠宰率分别达到了46.29%和47.03%，净肉率分别达到了33.49%和36.48%，均比育种素材自贡黑山羊有所提高，羔羊生长性能和产肉性能较好，肥羔特征明显。新品种85日龄公、母羊头蹄重与胴体重的比例分别为1∶5.51和1∶5.02，略微显高，肉骨比为公2.41、母3.16，比较低；群体体尺体重的变异系数较大，群体均匀度较低。新品种在躯体比例、肉骨比及群体均匀度等方面可以进行进一步改良。
