船用电控组合泵柴油机喷油定时标定优化

摘要

利用基于模型的标定方法，对某船用电控组合泵柴油机进行喷油定时标定优化。详细介绍了试验设计、建模、优化等基于模型的标定优化方法的基本过程。标定优化结果表明：标定优化后，柴油机经济性区域明显扩大，NOx比排放降低，达到了预定目标。将均匀试验设计方法和基于模型的标定优化方法相结合能有助于提高标定质量和标定效率。%A model-based calibration method is used to optimize the injection timing of marine diesel engine with electronic control assembly pump system. According to this method, the process consists of experiment design, modeling, calibration optimization, etc. Optimal solution shows that the area of BSFC expands significantly with lower emission of NOx. Combining with uniform design, this calibration method will improve the quality and efficiency of the calibration.
