船舶总纵极限强度后剩余承载能力有限元仿真方法研究

     

摘要

Ship longitudinal ultimate strength is a serious damage in the form of the residual strength. Its calculation relates to the vitality design of ship structure, assessment of ship security under damage condition, decision of ship rescue plan and other important aspects. After imposing the ultimate strength, requirements of the calculation model will be changed and computational difficulty will be increased due to strongly nonlinear change in both geometry and material characteristics. First, the finite element method applied in the paper is tested with a box beam. Then various factors impacting to the carrying capacity are studied, and recommended values for each factor are presented. Finally the residual carrying capacity of a frigate model is calculated. A close correlation between calculated and experimental results indicates the validity of the proposed finite element simulation method.%船舶在经历总纵极限强度后的强度计算关联到船体结构的生命力设计、破损条件下的安全评估以及救援方案制定等。船体结构在经历极限强度后无论是几何形状还是材料特性均呈现出强烈的非线性。针对这一特殊承载能力阶段,论文首先借助箱型梁模型试验对有限元仿真方法进行验证,进而研究有限元仿真中各个因素对承载能力计算的影响,提出了各影响因素如何选取的建议。根据影响因素的选取建议对一艘已进行过试验的护卫舰大型模型进行了有限元仿真。计算结果与试验数据具有良好的相关性,表明了建议的有限元仿真方法的有效性。
