Fatigue tests of the cutout of bulkhead for longitudinals with embedded and lapped complementary plates are performed.A model of the cargo hold is built by using the finite element method,and then the stress states of the two types of joints are analyzed under same external loads.Based on the principle of stress similarity,a test model for fatigue is designed and test plan is elaborated.Fatigue test is carried out and fatigue performance is analyzed.It is shown that the fatigue strength of the cutout of bulkhead for longitudinals with embedded complementary plates is better than the one with lapped complementary plates.%对嵌入式和搭接式补板形式的船体纵骨贯穿舱壁结构疲劳性能进行试验研究.首先建立舱段结构有限元模型,确定载荷工况并计算分析两种节点形式在相同载荷作用下的应力状态.在此基础上,通过简化得到纵骨贯穿舱壁结构疲劳试验模型.对两种形式的结构进行疲劳试验.试验结果表明嵌入式补板形式的纵骨贯穿舱壁结构疲劳性能优于搭接式,可为舰船上纵骨贯穿舱壁结构处节点形式的设计提供参考.
