一种绝对式气压传感器结构与相关特性

     

摘要

针对某型船用柴油机机舱绝对式气压传感器主要由金属膜盒和差动变压器等实现气压-位移-电压转换的特点,系统分析该型气压传感器中膜盒和差动变压器的工作原理和特性.研究膜盒波纹结构对气压-位移的影响以及位移与差动变压器磁场、线圈互感及输出电压的关系,建立气压-位移-电压三者之间的数学模型.分析结果表明,气压-位移转换特性主要由膜盒材料的弹性模量及膜片波纹形状、厚度、直径等结构参数决定;位移-电压的转换特性主要受差动变压器线圈和铁芯的长度、半径以及线圈匝数等结构参数和激励电压的影响.%A certain absolute air pressure sensor applied to monitoring the vacuum degree of diesel engine cabin in marine was described.Air pressure can be converted to the displacement,eventually to the output voltages through the air pressure sensor which is composed of metal diaphragm,linear variable differential transformer(LVDT).And the working principle and performance of the metal diaphragm and LVDT were analyzed according to the characteristics of the air pressure sensor.The mathematical models about pressure-displacement-voltages were established,which was based on the research of the ripple configuration of the metal diaphragm and the relationship among displacement,magnetic field,mutual inductance and output voltages.The analysis results show that the performance of pressure-displacement is determined by the modulus of elasticity,ripple configuration,thickness and diameter of the metal diaphragm,and the performance of displacement-voltages is mainly influenced by the excitation voltages and LVDT's structure parameters such as the length and radius of both coils and core,turns of both primary coil and secondary coils.
