螺旋桨无键安装液压伺服控制系统设计与研究

     

摘要

针对螺旋桨现有安装方式油压与推入位移量无法实现自动化安装,安装精度无法保证,搭建了螺旋桨无键安装液压伺服控制系统,对系统的主要环节建立数学模型,并利用Matlab对其进行仿真分析,得到了系统对数频率特性各性能指标,并针对各项性能指标不足的问题,运用滞后-超前校正法对系统进行校正,结果表明校正后系统超调量减小,响应速度加快,几乎无振荡,留有调整余地,保证了系统的稳定性,同时提出了螺旋桨液压伺服系统的控制方案,利用实验对螺旋桨无键安装液压伺服控制系统进行验证,实验表明满足安装精度.%According to the oil pressure and push-up length can not be automatically installed for the existing installa-tion of propeller and installation accuracy is not guaranteed, setting up the hydraulic servo control system of keyless installa-tion of propeller. Meanwhile, a mathematical model is established for the main parts of the system and the use of the Matlab simulation analysis, obtaining the performance index of the system logarithmic frequency characteristic. For the lack of the performance index, using the lag-lead-corrector corrects the system. The results show that the overshoot decreases, response accelerates, almost no oscillation, leaving room for adjustment, the stability of the system is guaranteed. At the same time, the control scheme of propeller hydraulic servo system is presented and the hydraulic servo control system of keyless install-ation of propeller has been verified by experiments. Experiments show that the installation accuracy can be satisfied.
