Waveform diaphragm coupling is a new type of flexible coupling developed on the basis of diaphragm and disc diaphragm coupling, its core element are high strength and high toughness stainless steel diaphragm group. The design of the transitional fillet for diaphragm molded lines is directly related to the distribution of the weak points of the diaphragm, this paper optimizes the design of the transition fillet of the waveform diaphragmby establish FE model, improve the stress distribution of the waveform diaphragm, increasing the safety factor of the waveform diaphragm coupling.%波形膜盘联轴器是在膜片和膜盘联轴器基础上进行研发的一种新型挠性联轴器,其核心元件为高强度高韧性不锈钢膜盘组.膜盘型线过渡圆角的设计直接关系到整个膜盘薄弱点的分布,本文通过建立有限元模型,对波形膜盘型线过渡圆角进行优化设计,改善了波形膜盘的受力分布,增大了波形膜盘联轴器的安全系数.
