高原高速艇半浸桨双速比齿轮箱应用分析

         

摘要

针对高原环境下高速艇半浸桨的双速比齿轮箱选型问题,通过最大航速工况下的小减速比的选取,确定满足最大航速需求的半浸桨方案,根据半浸桨全浸状态下的水动力特性开展不同大减速比下低速起滑性能的比较,优选出低速起滑性能更优的大减速比方案.实船试航结果表明,双速比齿轮箱的应用成功解决了高原高速艇低速起滑的难点,双速比齿轮箱的选型方法可取.%To analyze the type selection of the double-ratio gearbox for the surface piercing propeller (SPP) of high speed craft in plateau, the scheme meeting the maximum speed demand was made during choosing the small reduction ratio.Meanwhile the big reduction ratio was optimized by comparative analysis of planning performance under low speed of different big reduction ratios.The results of ship trial showed the application of the double-ratio gearbox in SPP of high speed craft in plateau meets requirements of both the low speed and high speed, and the method is validated.
