基于冲突阈值的交汇水域通航安全评价方法

摘要

Refer to the study on conflict delay time of road traffic, the influencing factors of navigational efficiency were analyzed for ships under the situation of traffic conflict.The conflict delay time of waterway traffic was defined and the concept of conflict threshold was put forth.Through collecting the data of a "T" junction waterway, the evaluation method of waterway traffic safety can be established.It can provide a basis to evaluate quantitatively the navigational risk and traffic safety.%参考道路交通中的冲突延误时间概念,考虑交通冲突局面对船舶航行效率的影响,定义水上交通冲突延误时间,提出冲突阈值的概念,对某"T"形交汇水域进行数据采集,构建基于冲突阈值的交汇水域冲突局面等级评价标准,为量化船舶潜在航行风险和水域安全评价提供依据.
