弯曲载荷下船体十字形焊接接头的应力场分析

     

摘要

针对船体焊接接头处因结构不连续造成局部应力集中,拐角处形成应力奇异效应,结构易发生破坏的问题,以船体十字形接头为研究对象,引入奇异强度系数as的概念,将拐角应力简化成I型应力(张开型)和II型应力(滑移型)之和,提出评估十字形接头拐角处应力场的简便算法,并将预估结果同传统的N-SIF公式以及有限元结果进行对比,结果表明,所提出的十字型接头拐角应力场预估公式更简便有效.%At the corner of welded joint, structural discontinuity causes local stress concentration and forms the stress singu-larity effect.Based on the stress analyse of cruciform joints, a simple method was presented using the singularity strength 'as' for estimating the stress field distribution at the corner.The corner stress was simplified into the summation of mode I and mode II stress.Numerical result from the simple stress evaluation formula for the cruciform specimen was compared with the results of FE and the corresponding N-SIF formula.It was shown that the proposed method is more simple and effective in notch stress esti-mation.
