考虑渔业作业影响的水下WYE保护罩分析

摘要

According to the underwater WYE module of a gas field in the south China sea,a survey was conducted about its potential damage and leakage risk.Fishing gear load and the protection mode of the fishing operation were analyzed.The applica-bility of the protection design and analysis was discussed with the international mature specification(ISO 13628-1).On the base of that,the in-place analysis of the WYE protection was calculated and checked under the fishing gear load by the software SACS.The fishing gear load in this area was less than that in the sea area where the international standard was work out.There-fore,it is reasonable to set the ISO 13628-1 recommended load as the design load for the subsea structure in this gas field.Ac-cording to the in-place analysis of the WYE protection and the check by the API RP 2A specification,the structural strength and fishing protection ability of the WYE module meet the requirements.%对中国海某气田项目水下Y型三通结构(WYE)进行破坏及泄漏风险调查,分析渔网拖挂载荷及防护方式,讨论国际成熟规范(ISO13628-1)的适用性,采用SACS软件对渔网载荷作用下WYE保护罩进行在位计算分析及校核,结果表明:该海域的渔网拖挂载荷总体上小于国际标准,ISO13628-1规范推荐的渔网载荷作为该气田项目水下结构物的设计载荷是合理的;WYE保护罩在位分析及以API RP2A规范为校核依据的分析结果表明,水下WYE的渔网保护罩结构强度和渔网防护能力满足要求.
