水下结构物保护罩受坠物撞击的有限元分析

         

摘要

在跨接管安装过程中,跨接管跌落会对水下结构保护罩造成破坏,对其内部装置正常工作造成影响,因此需要对保护罩受坠物撞击的过程进行研究. 基于ANSYS/Explicit,建立了跨接管撞击水下结构保护罩的有限元模型,并在不同工况下对碰撞进行了分析,将仿真结果与工程计算法得到的结果进行了比较. 研究表明:相同撞击条件下,撞击位置越靠端部位置,产生的应力越大;撞击位置越靠中部位置,产生的位移变形越大;保护罩越厚,应力和变形则越小;工程计算法相对有限元法趋于保守.%During jumper installation a falling jumper may damage a subsea structure's protective cover, and the protective cover's deformation can affect the inner device. So the process of the protective cover being impacted by falling objects needs research. Based on ANSYS/Explicit, a finite element model ( FEM) of the impact between a subsea structure's protective cover and a jumper was established, and analyzed in different working conditions.The results of FEM were compared with that of engineering calculations. Studies indicate that under the same impact conditions, the closer the impact location is to the edge of the protective cover, the larger the stress;the closer the impact location is to the middle, the larger the deformation;the thicker the protective cover, the smaller the stress and deformation. The engineering calculation method is more conservative than FEM.
