含水层及水体溢油污染三维应急响应

摘要

对溢油污染的来源进行分析,总结水体溢油污染的围控和处置措施,从而提出三维溢油应急响应技术的概念,以期为水体、地下水层的溢油污染应急响应技术发展提供支持.%The traditional oil spill emergency technology can only meet with the removal of oil spills on the sea surface, which is called two dimensional oil spill response,but cannot provide effective solutions to the pollution of water columns and the aquifer.Based on the analysis of the sources of oil spill pollution,the containment and disposal technology for the oil spill were raised.The concept of three dimensional oil spill emergency response technology was put forward,in order to supply some support to oil spill emergency response technology development for the water columns,and aquifers.
