一人桥楼驾驶室振动分析和结构优化

     

摘要

针对一人桥楼船级符号要求的驾驶室振动噪的问题,以某17000 m3液化乙烯船驾驶室为例,通过有限元模态分析和设计参数敏感度分析进行参数优化,从而提高结构固有频率,避开螺旋桨或主机激励频率共振区.计算表明,相比一味地加厚加强,结构轻量化更有利于提高各方向振型的固有频率,实船试航验证表明,有限元模态计算结果准确,结构轻量化避振方案可行.%Aiming at the requirements of vibration and noise in wheelhouse of vessels with"NAUT-OC"notation,taking the 17 000 m3LEG for example,after FEM modal analysis and parametric sensitivity analysis,the structural design was optimized to increase the natural frequencies of the structure,so as to avoid resonance with the propeller or the main engine.The calculation showed that rather than thickening the deck plate or stiffening the structure,lightweight design is more beneficial to improve the natural frequencies of the vibration modes in all directions.Verified by sea trial test,the FEM modal calculation results are relia-ble and the vibration avoidance scheme by lightweight design of the structure is feasible.
