一款X波段带状线移相器的设计

摘要

This paper designed a stripline phase shifter based on improved Schiffman at the frequency of x‐band .It has the characteristics of broad band ,phase shift with high precision and small insertion loss .The simulation of the design is supported by the software ADS and HFSS .Finally the object conformed to the simulation results is gotten .The phase shifter is suitable for the use of RF front end .%论文设计了一款基于 Schiffman 移相器改进形式的 X 波段带状线移相器，具有带宽宽、移相精度较好、插损小的特点。使用了软件 ADS 、HFSS 进行仿真设计，最终得到符合仿真结果的实物。此款移相器适用于射频前端的使用。
