极地战略 船舶先行

摘要

The current status and requirement of polar ship has been shown in this paper. It summarizes the development characteristics of current polar ship technology, and puts forward some key questions that should be paid attention to. Finally, it gives some advices on the development of China’s polar ships under the background of polar strategy.%对目前世界上极地航行船舶的现状及需求进行分析，同时结合当前极地船舶技术发展的特点，指出我国发展极地船舶需关注的主要问题，并提出在当前极地战略大背景下发展极地船舶的几点建议。
