斯泰尔摩风冷线的改进

摘要

To add a high speed stainless steel production line in a small workshop of Handan Hongri Steel Company,the technology was designed by The First Metallurgy Research Institute of Taiyuan Mine Machinery Group Company.The technique difficulties of the object were analyzed.The scheme of laying machine and cold wind roller bed vertically arrangement was supplied.The technology design is reasonable.The pattern of use for reference was supplied to the other manufacturers.%针对邯郸红日公司厂房长度短,收集部分不够长度,对其进行了设计改造。通过分析其技术难点,采用了吐丝机与风冷辊道垂直布置,并且风冷辊道又采用了90°回转掉头的方案。该设计合理,有效利用了紧凑的空间,目前生产运行平稳可靠,为其他厂家提供了借鉴的模式。
