钻孔工装的模块化设计

摘要

结合泵壳零件的特点，设计了一套新的钻孔工装，该工装采用了模块化设计，具有一定的通用性，不同零件只需更换钻模组合模块，就可满足在一定尺寸范围内零件的钻孔要求。%ABSTRACT:Connecting the features of pump shell parts, this paper designs a new set of drilling tools, which adopts the modular-based design, has certain commonability, only needing to replace the drill jig combination module for different parts, the drilling requirements of parts can be satisfied in a certain size range.
