PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an bore surface machining technology which can achieve a high machining efficiency on the bore surface of a machined hole of a workpiece, by widening vibration along the axial direction of a grinding wheel part.;SOLUTION: The bore surface machining device includes a tool body 30, a grinding wheel machining part 31 which is provided to a part of the tool body 30 and has a structure of widening vibration along radial direction by axial vibration, and an ultrasonic vibrator 32 which applies the axial vibration to the tool body 30. When the tool body 30 is applied with the axial vibration by the ultrasonic vibrator 32, the grinding wheel machining part 31 vibrates in widening manner along radial direction under the axial vibration, so that the machining accompanied by radial vibration is applied on the bore surface of a hole to be machined of the workpiece.
