介绍了新常态的概念及特征，探讨了我国科技创新现状，提出了新常态下促进我国科技创新的策略。%ABSTRACT:This paper introduces the concept and features of the new normal, probes into the current status of the sci-tech innovation in China, and puts forward some strategies for promoting the sci-tech innovation in China under the new normal.
