聚氨酯筛板的浇注流程及浇注平台设计

ABSTRACT:Compared with the conventional sieve-plate, the polyurethane sieve-plate has some advantages such as the outstanding wear resistance,light weight and low working noise, getting more and more favors of the coal industry. In the light of the shortcomings of the casting polyurethane sieve-plate in traditional production process,this paper designs a new kind of casting platform.%聚氨酯筛板与传统筛板相比，具有耐磨性突出、质量轻、工作噪声低等特点，越来越受到煤炭行业的青睐。针对浇注型聚氨酯筛板在传统生产工艺流程中存在的缺点，设计了一种新的浇注平台。
