This paper analyzes some problems existing in the fitter teaching of college’s metalworking practice training, probes into the countermeasures for doing well the fitter teaching of college’s metalworking practice training, and gives the prospects for the future development of the fitter teaching of metalworking practice training.%分析了高校金工实训钳工教学中存在的问题，探讨了搞好高校金工实训钳工教学的对策，展望了金工实训钳工教学的未来发展。
