炼钢生产中转炉炼钢脱氧工艺的探讨

对转炉冶炼的主要方式予以概述,指出氧在转炉炼钢中带来的危害,并对脱氧技术的现状予以探讨,提出真空脱氧法、沉淀脱氧法、扩散脱氧法等脱氧工艺.对转炉脱氧工艺予以有效地运用与完善,可在确保钢产品质量的基础上,减少投入成本,让炼钢生产能够安全、高效地进行.%The main methods of converter smelting are summar ized, and the harm caused by oxygen in converter steelmaking is pointed out. The status of deoxidization technology is discussed. The deoxidization process, such as vacuum deoxidization, precipitation deoxidization, diffusion deoxidization and so on, is put forward. The effective application and improvement of the converter deoxidization process can reduce the cost of investment on the basis of ensuring the quality of the steel products and make the steelmaking production safe and efficient.
