空气波压力治疗仪联合中药涂擦预防奥沙利铂周围神经毒性的临床观察

摘要

目的：观察空气波压力治疗仪联合中药涂擦预防奥沙利铂周围神经毒性的效果。方法将184例结直肠癌患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组在奥沙利铂化疗期间给予肢体空气波压力治疗仪联合中药涂擦，对照组常规预防治疗，6次化疗完成后评价奥沙利铂周围神经毒性。结果治疗组较对照组周围神经毒性反应发生率低，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝14.19，P＜0.01）。结论化疗期间给予空气波压力治疗仪联合中药涂擦可以降低奥沙利铂周围神经毒性反应的发生率。%Objective To observe the efficacy of air wave pressure therapeutic equipment and Chinese medi-cine inunction wet dressing in prevention of oxaliplatin-inducted neurotoxicity .Methods One hundred and eighty-four patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group .Treatment group was given the treatment of air wave pressure therapeutic equipment and Chinese medicine inunction wet dressing during chemotherapy with oxaliplatin .The control group was given preventive treatment .The oxalipla-tin-inducted neurotoxicity was evaluated after 6 cycles of chemotherapy .Results The treatment group have lower incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =14.19 , P<0.01) .Conclusion Treatment with air wave pressure therapeutic equipment and Chinese medicine inunction wet dressing can reduce the incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity during oxaliplatin chemotherapy .
