目的：观察马来酸曲美布汀胶囊联合聚乙二醇4000散治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的疗效及安全性。方法104例符合罗马Ⅲ标准的便秘型肠易激综合征患者随机分为2组。治疗组54例：马来酸曲美布汀胶囊0．2 g／次，3次／d ，联合聚乙二醇4000散10 g／次，加水300～400 m L服用，2次／d；对照组50例：马来酸曲美布汀0．2g／次，3次／d，疗程均为4周。结果治疗组与对照组相比，腹部症状（腹痛、腹胀）缓解总有效率分别为96％，90％。2组粪便性状分型均有明显改善，治疗组腹部症状及便秘的改善比对照组更为明显，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。2组不良反应差异无统计学意义。结论马来酸曲美布汀胶囊联合聚乙二醇4000散治疗便秘型肠易激综合征有效、安全，值得临床应用。%Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of trimebutine maleate capsules combined with po-lyethylene glycol 4000 on the treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome .Methods In a ran-domized controlled experiment ,one hundred and four cases with constipation-predominant irritable bowel syn-drome were randomly divided into two groups .Patients in both groups received trimebutine maleate capsules treat-ment .The cases in the test group (54 cases) received an additional polyethylene glycol 4000 treatment .The dura-tion of treatment was four weeks .Results The total remission rate of abdominal pain and distension were 90% in the control group ,which was significantly lower than that in the test group (96% ,P<0 .05) .The type of stool in two groups showed significant improvement compared with baseline ( P< 0 .05 ) . The adverse event in two groups showed no significant difference (P>0 .05) .Conclusion The treatment scheme of trimebutine maleate capsules combined with polyethylene glycol 4000 for treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syn-drome is safe and effective ,which is worthy of clinical application .
