Objective To study the clinical expression of hypoxia inducible factor‐1α(HIF‐1α) and insulin‐like grow th factor‐Ⅰ (IGF‐Ⅰ) in endometrial carcinoma ,and to investigate their correlation .Methods We select‐ed 110 cases of endometrial carcinoma specimens from Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University of Engineering after surgery between September 2013 to September 2015 ,chose 30 cases of atypical endometrial hyperplasia as the re‐search objects ,20 cases of normal endometrial tissue as control .Using immunohistochemical to detect HIF‐1αand IGF‐Ⅰ in different endometrial tissue.Results The expression positive rate of HIF‐1αprotein in endometrial car‐cinoma ,atypical endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrium was 67 .3% ,26 .7% and 0% ,respectively ;the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The positive rate of HIF‐1 protein expression in clinical stage was statistically significant ( P <0.05) ,Ⅰ period is 45.7% ,Ⅱ period is 79.3% ,Ⅲ period is 85.7% .The ex‐pression of HIF‐1 protein was not related to age at onset( P >0.05) ,and pathological grade ( P >0.05) .The expression positive rate of IGF‐Ⅰ protein in endometrial carcinoma ,atypical endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrium was respectively 63.6% ,13.3% ,0% ,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) . The expression of IGF‐Ⅰ protein in age of onset ,clinical surgical staging ,pathological grade are irrelevant ( P>0.05) . In endometrial carcinoma negative and positive subjects , HIF‐1α expression rates were 47.5% and 68.6% ,the differences were not statistically significant ( P > 0.05) .Conclusion HIF‐1α,IGF‐I are not ex‐pressed in normal endometrium ,the expression positive rate was higher in endometrial cancer and atypical endom‐etrial hyperplasia .HIF‐1αis associated with the progression of endometrial cancer .There was no correlation be‐tween the expression of HIF‐1 and IGF‐Ⅰ in endometrial carcinoma .%目的：研究子宫内膜癌组织中缺氧诱导因子‐1α（HIF‐1α）、胰岛素样生长因子‐Ⅰ（IGF‐Ⅰ）的表达情况，并探讨表达的相关性。方法选取2013年9月至2015年9月河北工程大学附属医院经手术获取的110例子宫内膜癌标本，子宫内膜不典型增生30例作为研究对象，正常子宫内膜组织20例作为对照，应用免疫组织化学检测HIF‐1α、IGF‐Ⅰ在不同子宫内膜组织中的表达情况。结果 HIF‐1α蛋白在子宫内膜癌、不典型子宫内膜增生及正常子宫内膜中表达阳性率分别为67．3％、26．7％、0％，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）；HIF‐1α蛋白在临床手术分期表达阳性率（ P ＜0.05），Ⅰ期为45．7％，Ⅱ期为79．3％，Ⅲ期为85．7％，差异具有统计学意义；HIF‐1α蛋白的表达与发病年龄无关（ P ＞0.05），与病理分级无关（ P ＞0.05）；IGF‐Ⅰ蛋白在子宫内膜癌、不典型子宫内膜增生及正常子宫内膜中表达阳性率分别为63．6％、13．3％、0％，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）；IGF‐Ⅰ蛋白的表达与发病年龄、临床手术分期、病理分级均无关（ P ＞0.05）；IGF‐Ⅰ蛋白在子宫内膜癌中表达阴性、阳性者中，HIF‐1α阳性表达率分别为47．5％、68．6％，差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0.05）。结论 HIF‐1α、IGF‐Ⅰ不在正常子宫内膜中表达，在子宫内膜癌及不典型子宫内膜增生中表达阳性率较高；HIF‐1α与子宫内膜癌的进展有关；HIF‐1α与IGF‐Ⅰ在子宫内膜癌组织的表达无相关性。
