目的 观察慢性肾衰竭患者给予常规西医疗法的同时穴位注射黄芪注射液的临床效果,进一步对黄芪注射液的临床价值进行分析.方法 回顾性选取2013年10月至2015年10月收治的102例慢性肾衰竭患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式将患者分为观察组52例,对照组50例.对照组给予药用炭片,观察组则在对照组基础上穴位注射黄芪注射液.比较2组治疗效果以及各项临床指标的变化.结果 观察组患者治疗的临床总有效率达到90%,明显高于对照组的72%(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗后的血尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血肌酐(Scr)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者经治疗后的尿蛋白定性情况较入组时改善明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 黄芪注射液穴位注射在常规西医基础上治疗慢性肾衰竭患者的疗效显著优于单纯常规西医对症治疗,且明显能改善患者肾功能等指标,值得在今后临床应用.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection of injection Huangqi on chronic renal failure patients treated with conventional western medicine,and to analyze the clinical value of injection Huangqi.Methods One hundred and two cases with chronic renal failure were retrospectively selected as the study subjects from October 2013 to October 2015.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group (52 cases) and control group (50 cases).The control group was treated with Medicinal Charcoal Tablets,while the observation group was treated with acupoint injection of injection Huangqi on the basis of control.The therapeutic effect of the two groups and the changes of the clinicalindicators were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of patients in the observation reached 90%,which was significantly higher than that of the control (72%,P<0.05).Observation group was better than the control group in the treatment of BUN,CCR,SCR,Hb and ALB levels,P<0.05).After treatment,uric albumin of observation group patients was improved and the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection with injection Huangqi combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) is better than simple conventional western medicine and can obviously improve the renal function and other indicators of patients.It is worthy of clinical application in the future.
